WICC Exhibition Booth Info.


The WICC Exhibition is an integral part of the Conference for organizations to receive significant exposure and to share their information with the public. The Exhibition package is available for $3,000 and includes:

• One 10 ft X 10 ft exhibit space including an 8 ft high back wall and a 3 ft high side wall with black drape;
• One 6’ covered and skirted display table; Two upholstered side chairs; and One wastebasket;
• (2) x Exhibitor Registrations per exhibit booth space. Which enables access to Exhibition and Conference Breakfasts & Lunches.
• Refreshments in the serviced breaks as per conference program.
• 100-word company description and logo included in the promotional post to all delegates in the WICC 2019 conference app;
• Your Company/Organization listed on the WICC2019 conference website and in the program booklet;
• Overnight security in the exhibit area.
• (2) x Reduced Conference Registrations @ Early Bird Rate.

The Exhibition Booth area will be located next to Macleod Hall where the main plenary’s will be held daily.
